Violit Hour LLC Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

At Violit Hour LLC, we strive to provide convenient and efficient shipping options for our customers.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders must meet the $150 minimum threshold after discounts and before taxes.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $150, we offer flat-rate shipping for $8 within the contiguous United States.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Please note that order processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  • Shipping Locations: Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to international addresses, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

  • Missing or lost package: If your package was marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 72 hours before contacting customer service at hello@violithour.com. In most cases, a carrier marks a package as delivered prematurely, and the package will arrive within 72 hours. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbor or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbors if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. If you still haven't found the package, please email us, and we will let you know of next steps. Please report all packages as missing or lost within 1 week of the expected delivery date. You can report a package as missing by emailing customer service. If a package is reported as missing > 1 week after the expected delivery date, you will be asked to file a claim with the postal carrier and we cannot guarantee a replacement.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Violit Hour LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

  • Return Window: Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@violithour.com to request a return authorization and shipping label. Returns must be sent back using our provided shipping label to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Return Shipping Fee: Returns are free for our customers, but a return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Return Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected for eligibility. We will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

  • Refund Processing: If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to exchange the item.
