Violit Hour LLC Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Violit Hour LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

  • Return Window: Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@violithour.com to request a return authorization and shipping label. Returns must be sent back using our provided shipping label to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Return Shipping Fee: Returns are free for our customers, but a return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Return Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected for eligibility. We will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

  • Refund Processing: If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to exchange the item.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are ineligible for returns.
